The aim of the learning session was to become familiar with the key players involved in professional development and training at the Ministry of Education, their areas of activity and the difficulties they cope with, as well as the interactions with the headquarters and field units.

This was the first of two sessions whose goal is to create a map of professional development and training in the education system. The next session will focus on external players, who are not part of the Ministry of Education.
