Visiting researcher in the field of evolution at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Faculty of Life Sciences. His research has dealt with topics in decision-making as well as building measurement models and tools (in the psychological context). He is active in the business sector, founding and managing software initiatives (including serving on boards of directors of private and public companies in Israel and abroad).
