Professor at the Beit Berl Academic College, head of the M.S. program in planning and evaluation studies. From 2005 to 2011, she headed the college's research authority and she is currently the the Mofet Institute's committee chair for publication of educational monographs. Prof. Presko's expertise is in research methodology and program evaluation. In recent years, her main area of research interest has been teacher training.Prof. Fresko holds a Ph.D. degree in education from Tel Aviv University, received in 1994.
