Lecturer in the College of Management's Academic Studies program, director of the "Matters" Center – Law and Society Clinical Center. Past director of the National Council for the Child's "Center for the Child and the Law," and was its legal advisor from 1988-1998. She has been appointed to numerous civic committees and was vice-chair and chair of the Committee Examining the Rights of the Child's steering committee (Rotlevy Commission). Her main areas of research interest are family law; parent-child law; and, law and societal change. Dr. Morag received her Ph.D. in law from the University of Michigan in 2004.
