A senior lecturer and head of the Philosophy of Education program at the Shlomo (Seymour) Fox School of Education at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. His main expertise area is educational philosophy. He teaches and conducts researches in the field of history of educational ideas, education policy and moral education. His present research examines the influence of economic ideas and methods on education from a philosophic point perspective. Holds a PhD in educational philosophy from the Institute of Education, University College London, awarded in 2006.
