Member of the Research and Evaluation Authority, responsible for evaluation; directs the specialization program for school evaluation coordinators at The David Yellin College of Education. 

Her research focuses on informal education, new characteristics of the informal education code, and, educational evaluation.

She holds a PhD degree in philosophy from Bar-Ilan University, received in 2018.
