Chairman of the Board of Teva Pharmaceuticals and Chairman of the Board of
Tower Semiconductor. Mr. Elstein is also the Chairman of the Board of the
Israel Democracy Institute and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the
Jerusalem College of Engineering and serves as chairman and/or is a member of
the board of directors of a number of other academic, scientific, educational,
social and cultural institutions
Mr. Elstein has recently held senior positions at Intel and Teva and has
decades of hi-tech, industry and international business experience
Mr. Elstein holds B.Sc. degrees in physics and mathematics, an M.Sc. in physics
and a senior business management certificate, all from the Hebrew University of
Jerusalem.
