Prior to joining the Yozma, worked at the Reut Institute for Strategic Thinking where she was involved in formulating policy and providing strategic guidance to local authorities in the area of socio-economic development. During her time at JDC-Israel’s Institute for Leadership and Governance, she coordinated knowledge development processes and training for the Institute’s programs. For various organizations such as, the Van Leer Institute, Shatil, and the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, she developed curricula and training programs in the area of civic involvement.

Ms. Vlodavsky Yovel holds an MA degree in educational and clinical child psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2002) and is a graduate of the Mandel Leadership Institute’s Program for Youth Leadership in the Periphery (2006).
